The great thing about Pops new system (he implemented a lot of Dantonis offensive principles once Duncan started regressing) is that it doesn't create superstars. On any other team, Leonard could be a go to, max type player, but since he plays in a very structured system, where everybody and anybody can score and dish, he's kind of held back, therefore can't really ask for what he can really be worth. I think that's the best part of his strategy.
If Love, or any other marquee free agent that wants to win, had an ounce of common sense, he would sign there, but Love also probably wants his money, but Pop doesn't really need him, because he's not going to need Love jacking shots to the tune of 26 points per game, he can get somebody a lot cheaper that gives him 15, because that's all the load said player would need to carry on that team...think about that.
Plug and play.
