No, not the Mayor I want, but same nickname, Spencer Dinwiddie, I believe he is just a junior but tore his ACL and has athletic issues to begin with, would also like to gamble a bit on Brandon Rush with a camp invite and possible 2 year team option at the vet min, another G/F

I still miss Wilson Chandler, MosGoV, David Lee, Ariza, and Nate Robinson yes, they are mainly players with the New York Nuggets

a 6-6, G/F, maybe PG, SG, SF, I think he really can play PG though (not a combo G type PG but having him with DeAndre Kane as fresh starts of a new PJ era) as a backup and as he recovers/gets stronger his ceiling would be similar to George Hill/Chauncey Billups

In any case, have Ron Harper as our development coach or assistant coach to help guide these BIG G's as they transition their size to the NBA game in the Triangle on both OFFENSE and DEFENSE

Anyway, a solid role player with potential, and could be a complete steal from a 2nd rounder to possiblity undrafted
I would compare him with George Hill maybe even an unproven BIG SHOT BILL UPS, he has good size, great BB IQ, decent handle, great BB instincts, good shooting ability and mechanics

Felton and Pablo gets bought out (without final year of deal) or traded

For Felton it would be like a bonus, if he can make the vet min for the 2-3years
He is not that bad for a backup G, great for a 3rd string SCORING G, he just isn't a STARTING PG

Pablo does a lot of things well but we all know his weakness's are and we are not contending within the next 2 years of his contract

Hopeful a buyout that does not affect our 2015 cap space would be mutual at this point, for both BACKUP G's
PG's by default, but unable to defend any position, if Felton's and Pablo's strengths could be Saiyoned to one, we would have a decent PG though, though unsure if it would be starting material, at least for "contending purposes"

Would like Burton too but only if Kane and Dinwiddie go undrafted, but I don't think Burton would last past late 1st round/early 2nd round with his combincation of athetlcisim, explosiveness, strength, ability to penetrate and finish as a PG with contact, and "potential"

Otherwise I would rather continue to look for steals in the draft, vet min, MLE, and any trades with our roster to gain assets in this draft and future drafts

Concentrating on building a proper team of coaches/trainers/nutrionist/medical doctors/development staff/scouting staff/ and GM to all work together to focus on DEVELOPMENT

I think Dinwiddie gets drafted. Both draftnet and draftexpress have him going in the thirties and their mocks have been updated since the combine.

I've been advocating for this kid as well --- G-Hill is a good comparison.

I think he can do a good job of initiating the offense and knocking down an outside shot. But he's a few years away from being an NBA point guard. We'd still have to sign someone like Collison to man the position until, even if we are able to land Spencer.
