Don't realize that they will just up the price and make the man they might be mad at 2X as rich as he is now.

In terms of business if I was Sterling Id say 2.5-3.0 B and you can have them--lets see who will reach.

If The Clippers get records sums--Dolans team is worth how many times more? MSG stock=100

Sterling would have sold the team already if it was about the money, hes already a multi billionaire.. For Sterling it was about the attention, the publicity.

He commited no crime and thus is not being punished. His property is not diminished because the league is getting him out asap!

If he fights it, sponsers will pull back, revenue will be lost, and team value drops. Thus, Owners in a sense are protecting the business valuations. They can take it and run it day to day until a buy is found.

Its not stealing, cuz they will attempt to get top dollar for it.

His "Punishment" is the loss of control which to a billionaire is an awful thing.

Agree I dont care what his mentality he--he needs to sell. The curious announcement was that 13 of the other owners either would comment or give an opinion on whether or not Sterling should sell. There is always a fox in hiding.

David Geffen is a great man. I know someone who worked for him. Hope he buys

Yup, a member of my family used to work for him as well. Never heard a bad thing about him, great record exec, a legend.
