I remember reading about him doing triathlon. Lead Blazers to 77 championship and was one of the better analysts out there.

He lived the last 10 years with cancer. His fitness probably kept him alive that long--almost 90 years and he was sharp all the way through--good man--good life.

I enjoyed listening to him do games and his analysis. Truly a smart NBA person and from what I hear, just the greatest guy to be around and listen to when it came to ball.. RIP

He was fantastic. Well into his 80's he was a regular on Mike and Mike and would talk about how far he had swam that day for the swimming portion of his workout.

RIP. Will definitely be missed.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
