I'm just curious. For some reason I really like the Game & the team ages ago & I taped games from 1991/92 up until the 2000 season, give or take.

Also, it cost me alot of money in VHS tapes . ()

My favorite one I taped was Knick/Piston 1st round series from Riley's 1st year.
There are others I liked also - the beat down of boston at the original

Boston Garden in spring 1993 since I was there 1st row balcony right over the benches.

I stopped after Ewing left. He was & is my favorite Knick ever because you always felt like
you had a force on the floor & either the 1st or 2nd best player suiting up on any given night,

I started to, but it is a pain in the ass.
One of my favorites was also the game where Greg Anthony ran out & was punching Kevin Johnson when they played The Suns in '93 I think.
I was on vacation & it got taped for me, but without sound. I was so pissed at that!

Those 1990's teams were fun, man.

I used to tape over the same tape all the time. Before Knicks in 60 that was my Knicks in 60. I could watch games over and over. As a kid I would analyze tape and try to figure out the moves and the defense. Too bad I turned out to be a 5'10" cripple. I used to pay alot of streetball. I probably should have tried to play more organized. Regrets........ lol

I know the feeling, brother. Was the same thing for me growing up and I turned into a 6"2' PF/C (though I was a stopper at all 5 positions growing up). The basketball Gods teased me because I was 6"2' in 7th grade and never grew an inch afterward. And every summer, when I go back to visit family in Trinidad, I have to see my stupid ass 7ft cousin playing soccer, wasting that good height.

I'll take a picture of one of the Tupperware buckets I have.

The years I got most of the games happened to be '92/'93 & '94/'94.

The years after that were good for a while until '99/2000.

I have a lot of the Bulls nightmares & Houston killing us - Pacers, Nets, all sorts of stuff.

Some other people must have done this also?

I forgot about those series vs The Heat in the late '90's.

Total agony & Ecstasy with them.

I hate watching repeats! I won't even watch a game if I know the outcome!

I thought about getting that Knick DVD box that had some classic games and have caught some on NBATV. Its nice to look back and see Clyde and the group play that good team game.

Lost my passion after the 94' season but always was up for big games. Have not been too many "Big" ones in a long long time! Watching the slow grind ewing teams on "Repeat" is not someting I want to see.

Saw a some tape last year of Bernard King vs. Detroit and it was fun to see Hubie coaching. SOme old tape of Michael Ray was also shown and we forget just how good he was and should have been! Proble is there was Ray Williams reminding us that despite his better talents he was not as good as his brother gus, and we longed for Clyde who he could never become!

I was completely confused when I saw your post because I was thinking of this:
Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

Still have the LJ 4 point play game against the Pacers. His post game comments are still priceless....

I think I have one other tape somewhere down in the basement from the 90's...

I taped a ton of games 91-94 but I used the same tapes and taped over them. I still have a couple of them in my garage. I think I have 'the dunk' but I am not sure.
