Is this coach overrated or what? He was horrible in last night's game vs the Nets. Where was Okur or Eldon Campbell when he could have used them? He puts Darvin Ham in who couldn't make a bucket if no one was covering him when the Pistons needed anybody to please make a basket.
Furthermore, Frank has been outcoaching Brown this entire series. The Nets bench won them the game last night, not the starters. Kidd played a horrible game and couldn't even keep track of the 24 second clock. He missed crucial foul shots.
Finally, where is Larry Brown's NBA championship? He got there one time, count it, with the Sixers and never got there again. He won a college championship with Danny Manning. But listen to Mike and the Mad Dog and you would think Brown is right there with Red Aurbach and Phil Jackson in playoff victories and championships. Let's get real. He is right there with George Karl and the rest of the second tier coaches, not at the top.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.
