Were you a Rich Kotite fan too?
U have a point to make?
I am not sure but it sounded like you were defending this guy.
And how does one go about sounding like they are defending a former Jet coach without being up his name?? Or even mentioning the Jets whom I don't root for??
That was actually funny
I laughed out loud.
I have never really heard anyone defend Dolan before. Honestly was not sure if you were defending him or just attempting to make a point.
I guess everybody deserves to get defended, that's why we have william kunslers.
Oh, I was defending Dolan...I like Dolan...Dude spends his cash trying to bring talent here to please me...There isn't anyone Dolan won't spend every penny to get...I can't be mad at that...
Kind of like the pre Stick Michaels yankees?
It was hard to defend George back then as well even though he spent his balls off. He could not keep his hands off ... until he had no choice. then he was a darling later when he came back and they were winning (without his meddling).
Dolan's meddling hurt the team for many years. But he will never be the darling that George was because he has such an awkward personality (not his fault - just genetic I guess).
Like the guy though? Its not all about spending money. If he spends 120 million a year on 12 Eddie Gaedel's that does/should not make him likable. Not that he did not try, he was awful at it and a control freak.
so here is what phil is thinking ....
