I suspect Lampe wont be the last guy people like that gets traded. I liked him too and was excited about the prospect. I dont know if I really liked him that much or with Layden its all I had to root for.
I think we really see Isiah's direct come NEXT trade deadline. If he just trying to squeeze out more wins out of an OK team we are heading for trouble.
My biggest curiosity is to see what he does on draft day. He may not build through the draft but that doesnt mean its not a valueable tool for him either.
I was really hoping also that Laydog was not that stupid! In the end, the dice thing was not tragic as we got Frank, Milos and Lampe.
Dice was for the now, those guys to build around in the future. Ok, lets not go there again..........
I would like Raheem. A 20-10 guy is not easy to find, and THe guy is a true professional and well rounded human being.
The Rashweed thing is funny. If he does well, his price goes up with both detroit and the market. If he sucks, and breaks down, do we really need that kind of player? Is he just behaving real nice becasue he is auditioning for his next contract? Or just a change of scenary??
In the draft, I'd like to move up to low first round because Isiah found a gem nobody yet discovered! I want impact players that we grow our own, not lust after other teams players with bull trade ideas.
