Call it a mutiny or whatever, but there was no professionalism on the team after that.
Players knew Dolan didn't know squat about basketball and he was the one making all the personnel decisions.
Now when word got around that Phil maybe coming on board, players knew that they had to stop hanging out too late, leave groupies alone and come to work like a paid professional.
What we are seeing is what every NBA franchise is supposed to have in place, a front office that has it's stuff together and well organized with credibility a in basketball.
THIS IS THE SAME ROSTER THAT WAS GETTING DESTROYED ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE AND NOW THEY ARE ON A 7 GM WIN STREAK.
JR was suspended and hurt.
Bargnani out of shape and had to fit.
Felton drama
Injury's
sensitive to chris smith? I doubt that.
Now Amare healthy, he didn't play until when early this season?
Tyson injured
JR healthy, THJ maturation
Back court injury
Phil on the job one day does not make a front office "Together".
Loss of focus on purpose? Ok, where you get that?
Why then the resurgence? Feltons moving forward for now, Injuries mending, Amare is beasting, backcourt healthy, and a soft schedule. Last nite was a nice win against Indy. They are struggling, but its still a nice win.
Is Woodson just smarter?
