No one has really talked about picks 10-25 but I would go with Aaron Gordon at PF as my first pick and TJ Warren at SF for my #2.

Lemme ask ya -- if we could get a pick this high somehow, would you guarantee it to Delon Wright? About the only way that kid comes out is with a guarantee in this range. Otherwise, if he's still projected as nothing more than a high 2 come draft time (even a low 1, 28-30 say), he probably goes back to school... As we've seen in the past with guys like Craig Brackins, Willie Warren, Jared Sullinger to a degree, etc., staying the extra year isn't always the prudent thing for a player although n Wright's case, if he's projected as nothing more than a high 2, it probably would be the wise move to go back to school. I think he's capable of having an even better encore (a few more shots a game, he's easily over 20 ppg---if he could maintain his high shooting %, say something in the 50s (you figure with more shoots per game, more emphasis on the 3-ball etc., it'll drop some but anything over 50 would still be top notch, esp. for a guard), as well as the high production in other areas, I think it would be the wise move to go back to school, unless a team came along and guaranteed him a high enough spot this summer. Wise move for us here in this situation? Certainly would be ballsy..

Agreed, he is worthy of reaching and can develop to play PG and SG, like Lilliard has

No--I like Wright 25 and under. I like Gordon--he reminds me a lot of Shawn Marion. It would be a very nice piece. The value for PGs in this draft is low 1 and into round 2. If we received the 29tyh pick from OKC--then I would consider giving it to Wright. if 3-4 players did not fall. I would conceivably guarantee him a pick around there. Gordon would be a fantastic mid range pick.

We'll have to see -- just don't know if he'll be there 25 and under...Here's a kid that's putting up some staggering numbers yet doesn't seem to be getting proper recognition. I wouldn't rely on that this far out though. Closer to the draft, he should shoot up the board and we should be hearing his name more (esp. if the Utes can get in the Tourney and he shows well)...Closer to the draft however, with a projection anywhere from 28-30 into the 2nd round, he might go back to school. Just thinking about what this kid could do for an encore next year, if he puts up the same type of productive year again across the board, mixing in more shot attempts with a little more emphasis on the 3-ball, even at the expense of overall FG% (say a dip down 10% or so), it could catapult him into the lottery. At least that's one alternative he'll undoubtedly hear from people close to him, his agent etc. as the draft approaches. Plus, if he's on track with his credits he'd get his degree next year which would be nice...It's also a gamble too. Anything can happen next year, God forbid injury, a dip in performance with higher expectation, etc.. Who knows...We've seen it before with college players staying one year too many... I honestly think if we obtained a pick somewhere in the 15-25 range for a guy like Chandler, I might use it on this kid. If we got a pick at 17-18 say -- if we quietly brought him in & guaranteed him that pick, I think he'd take it & shut down all remaining workouts with everyone else. If not, why risk the 2nd round where contracts are unguaranteed, shorter and a lot less lucrative? In that situation, going back to school for his senior year is probably the right move. If we somehow liked him enough, this is what it might take to get him this summer and what it'll take for him to stay in the draft.

He hasnt shown a jumpshot and hes not a pure 1. I think he can potentially be a really special PG but I would not pass on aaron Gordon for him. I think Gordon can be a cornerstone piece especially in a fast -paced tempo. A little Blake Griffin and a little Shawn Marion combined--if he stayed in school one more year hed be a top 3 pick imho. If he slides to 12-18 hes a steal. I would only trade Chandler if I had a 10-20 pick coming back. Id pick Gordon 5-6 so its a no brainer if we happened to haev a pick and he fell to 12-18

Samaj Christon would be a nice pick up if the Knicks manage to get a pick 18-25 for Chandler or Shumpert.

This should of been the plan once the losing started and Melo talked FA. The Knicks were in a position to completely rebuild in 1 year and didnt take it.We could of ended up with 3 first rounders at min for Melo ,Chandler, Shump, factor in are 2015 pick which would be very high an all are cap room in 2015 we would of been in the playoffs in 2016 with a young growing roster. We had the perfect opportunity to starphuck and build through the draft, I dont understand how are FO couldnt put that together. Were going to give a high pick to Denver anyway. Who cares how it is. We could of cleaned the slate once and for all

They probably feel they can't justify to shareholders 1 1/2 years of losses just to rebuild the Knicks. Remember, Melo is profitable even if the team isn't winning and these shareholders probably don't even know if they'll still own the stock by the time the team is rebuilt anyway.

Just my opinion,
I think Aaron Gordon is Lottery talent, so top 12 type talent, I don't see how we can get such a high pick or if we can pull some magic to get an picks
Would OKC be interested in Chandler, Iman Shumpert, and/or Tim Hardaway for both of their picks and can we move those 2 picks for Gordon if Gordon does drop?

Not big on on TJ Warren, however, I really like DeAndre Kane, Delon Wright (could be in 2015's draft, he is the younger brother of Wright G/F on Portland), Deonte Burton, and Jordan Bachynski (much props for these picks Briggs)
If we can get 2-3 players from the above that you like, I would be very happy,
if they enter the draft and go undrafted, I would even consider using the MLE (3m)on 2-3 talents to give them 3 year deals at a higher salaries instead of the under 500k starting salary

Burton and Kane finished off the season very strong

They are completely steals in a very deep draft, with so many PG's available, we should concentrate on getting 2 PG's in this draft
I like both Kane and Wright because they have the ability to play PG and play some SG, similar to Lilliard and they are legit PG's and not COMBO guards with good size, skills, defense, and ability to facilitate
Burton is by far the most explosive combo guard, similar to Felton on steroids, making him a mini Wade or Monta Ellis's ability to penetrate and finish
Though he is a scorer more than a facilitator and a great athlete, which we would need a Greviez Vasquez type PG/SG to compliment him for his lack of facilitating skills

Alec Brown is another steal in my opinion, a stretch PF/C similar to AB/Ryan Anderson/Josh McRoberts/BJ Mullens/Ryan Kelly, how he develops only time will tell...

I'd love for us to get Pierre Jackson& evens from the pelicans for chandler, I think he would do great here. Pierre is a star in the making, we'd prob have to take on Evans contract though
If we can get a draft pick for Tyson Chandler from 13-25 who would you take if available?
