I mean, if the Bulls were practicing against those big orange constructions cones placed stationary on the court, I would expect them to commit more than 3 turn overs.

We are 2nd in the league in fewest turnovers. It's not doing us anything good. Why? Because Woodson rather at it safe in the half court and doesn't want to push the ball and take chances.
