Where would you rank Sebastian Telfair, Rickey Paulding and Romain Sato? Herve Lamizana?

I hope the euros flood the first round and are taken so some of this other talent, the college proven players can slip to the knicks, I would love a ricky paulding or a Darius rice to slip to NY or even better Kirk snyder..

to me sebastian is smallish with no jump shot. you could say the same about t j ford but tj is on another level IMHO including his ability to rebound and having proven himself at Texas. from what i have seen of telfair, its likely that someone must of promised him a first rounder going back???? maybe hes a player down the line maybe because he can handle and distribute he may even play some right away but i think he needs a ton of work.
sato and paulding both might be at 43 and then they might not be. they both have flaws but i would go with paulding over sato. beauty is in the eye of the beholder--thats why guys like boozer arenas and daniels fall and then you can find players that just dont pan out picked at almost any point after 5 in most cases. the two things that telfair has on his side is the lack of back up pure 1s--thats why i think duhon will go late 1 and his jet speed.

i think one more important point when picking low is looking for guys who shoot a high FG+FT% with athletiscm. When you say a guy like andre emmitt who @ 6-5 235 reminds me a lot of bonzi wells --who has averaged 20 + points 6-7 rebounds from the 2-3 in a big time program under bob knight shooting +50% with his athletiscm--that the kind of guy you would hope falls in your lap.
what else could you ask for at 43? I have him high on my list--he would go in the first round if you add in the foreign players, but not to many see that. there are a bunch of other guys-for example matthews from VT who is a guy who reminds me very much of marquis daniels--he has the credentials im looking for at that pick. He dominated play in the BE from the 2-3 hes a long athletic 6-7 and is a solid rebounder who can shoot inside outside with a solid shooting % in a tough conference. hes a guy i would put above sato and paulding.

I like Darius Rice also. He is tall and long and probably not as athletic as Tim Thomas but he is a playmaker and a shot maker. I remember a game where Miami was down 5 with 10 seconds left. Rice hit a quick layup, then stole the inbounds pass and in the same motion backed up Ala reggie miller and drained a three to tie the game.. I was sold on him since then...

I read Darius Rice is working his tail off to get ready for the NBA. The guy is a solid player and a proven 4 year college stud. Plus he's a shooter, and you can always use one of those.

I agree with most of your picks, but I think you have Gomes way too high on your list. Providence is a team I watched a lot of this season and even though Gomes carried the team a number of times I don't think he is a top 10 draft prospect. However, he does have the skills to excel in the NBA as a SF.

Ryan Gomes reminds me of Paul Pierce. Hes got the same size 6-7 240 with near the same athletiscm[edge to pierce], has a game that is more of a mid range game/ post up rather than shooting so many 3 s like pierce does and he rebounds just as well as Pierce. I dont think he will be picked 6th or 10th and perhaps he may not be in this draft after all is said and done, but from what I saw I edged him over Deng. Thats just mho.

Yea I like Gomes because he can take you inside or he can pull back and shoot a jumper. IMO he is a solid player but I just think that there are 10 prospects on that list that are better at him. I'm pretty sure he will be picked in the late first round or early second round. He will be a very good pick for any team picking in that range.

The more I think about it, I think Gomes will not be picked in the second round but the draft is so deep this year that I wouldn't be surprised if he did fall to the 2nd round.

What would it take us to move up to the lottery to select Andre Igudola? I think he'll be picked anywhere from 3 to 10. Would Frank Williams and KT move us up to that position? Would that be worth it?
Are there any teams in that area that is looking for cap room for next offseason in which case we could offer Othella and Deke?
With all the talk about Walker for Hill and their #1, would you eat Grant Hill's contract in exchange for Othella, Deke, and Cerezy to get Okafor or Dwight Howard?

Would I? What kind of question is this? IF anyone wouldn't they should be placed into an insane asylum.
