Hands down, jvg,popavich, all the way to herb Williams, this team would at least be in the 8th spot.... Woodson has no clue, worst coach In the nba.... Fire Mr potato please mr. Dolan

He is a bad coach and I think Jason Kidd leaving proves it. Words came from Artests mouth - in a polite way of course.

My guess is all adjustments came from Kidd and he ran the plays. Woody thought these guys could freestyle without him but we need a system.

Melo needs a sidekick to win. We just can't afford one.

I think your talking about the same thing I heard. Metta said that Tyson told him that Kidd was the real coach when he was with us.

Fitz, have one thread and stop showing off your emotional tampon's everytime you get a cramp and need to blame Woodson.

whole team is dysfunctional for a lot of reasons. Woodson is not a great coach. We all get it.

Miami is much better than Knicks. This we already know.

Remember when Nelson was coach and we lost six in a row and he got fired and jvg came in and we went on a huge win streak! we've lost 10 of the last 12 it's time to go in a different direction. Homeboy dumped Tyler to play brown who hasn't even been on the team for 2 days he finished with 6 points and he got 16 minutes !!! What a slap in the face to Tyler ... Woodson is also retarded! What a idiot

Yeah, he said earlier that Tyson was a 7/7 player. We don't have the worst coach. We have the worst roster you could possibly buy for $90 mil.

When MDA was fired, Woodson also went on a crazy win streak (18-6?). Not saying Woodson is a great coach, but lets be realistic, he doesn't have much to work with either. Felton, JR and Shump have regressed badly. I'm on record as saying last years squad overachieved....This organization stinks from head to tail....

actually, I disagree. I think with the right roster woodson is a good coach. he has proved it before winning with rosters he shouldn't have won with. it just seems that this year there is too much adversity that he cant overcome. I do think he shouldn't be here either now and definitely next year. he wore out his welcome.

The talent on this team isn't very good but there is enough where a good coach gets them into the playoffs. I just don't think the team is being put in the best position to win games. There is to much switching on defense and to much stagnant play on offense and the results speak for themselves. Very little player/ball movement nothing easy.

Any argument defending Woodson because of personal problems is straight up retarded.

Tyson said we got bullied by miami....why? Just look at the starting lineup and tge tight 8 man rotation we had.

we cannot win playing how we're playing. We have big men. We have youth to run. We have shooters. We can play defense......but not with this coach. He puts us at a disadvantage from the start of games, he poorly manages the game and totally screws up crunch time game plans.

Im tired of it. If you watch games and stopped reading the newspaper and listening to espn etc you would see that.

We should be a 5/6 seed right now with this team even with all the injuries.

when has the team with the worst back-court in the NBA ever got the 5th or 6th seed? It's not like we have Lebron or Durant in the front-court to make up for it.

Exactly.

It is every game and is plain as day. This roster is not nearly as bad as many think.

SO what you are saying? that woodson is responsible for this mess? alone? and if you think kidd leaving caused us to fall this much then maybe we should have been looking to max out kidd instead of carmelo..

not only that bonn, but outside of tyson chandler( who has been beat up on this forum) who on our front line plays any defense.. Chandler missed over 20 games this year and that hurt...

this post I agree with.. last years team did overachieve.. kidd got off to a great start.. as a team we were shooting the three ball at an unsustainable rate, JR smith was playing probably the best ball of his career, then we got a boost here and there from guys like sheed.... people keep looking at last years team and that team is done, we are not the same team, and that team overachieved... we don't have much talent now, no leadership, no cohesion.. what we are seeing now is the end result..
