Excellent stuff by MWP.

41 minutes long but worth it. If this isn't the link let me know I'll try to edit or find another one.

I heard it live. I can tell you he said a lot of interesting things. I gained respect for Ron Artest after that as a person and for his honesty

for all his crazyness he's a great guy. His heart is in the right place. He just cant control his emotions

I gained a lot of respect for Metta listening to this interview and the Q&A. He never said anything negative about anyone. Even when they were baiting him and hoping to get some dirt on Dolan; the Knicks; Woodson; Melo; etc. Always positive, uplifting, humble, intelligent and caring.

Re: Controlling his emotions - he was asked about the Detroit incident and gave a good answer.

I liked the MWP signing and I like him even more after listening to this interview. I really wish we had given him more of a chance. Still don't understand why Woodson didn't play him. (or Beno for that matter).

I think he's shot. It happens fast. His knee problems have killed his lateral movement. Im with you... he was part of the reason I thought the Knicks would pick up where they left off last year.

If he's considered done, then I can easily point to any number of games and say the same about Tyson.

Never understood him not getting any consistent minutes, especially given that this team can't play D. Hope he gets signed to contender and plays well.

his knees were bad all year. Remember... if your looking at Amare for treatment options its gotta be bad
