This guy seems like he is on track to be the next young coaching star in the nba. Currently he is in his first year coaching the canton charge in the d league for the cavs. His team is the best defensive team in the league and he coached the Futures in the d league all star game. He is only 33 and began his career working for Pop and the spurs. He has worked for mike brown in his first run with the cavs, John Kuester and lawerence frank with the pistons. His specialty is player development. Would love for the Knicks to think outside the box and take a run at this guy. The job might be too big or his name might not be big enough but he seems on track to be the next young phenom. Maybe he takes mike browns place in Cleveland.

And Phil Jackson coached in obscurity before making it into the league.

I would pick him for sure if Melo leaves and we end up going with a youth movement.

If Melo stays and we're trying to go all in again, then I don't think I would pick him.
