For some reason during the 3rd qtr they went away from the high PnR that was working at will.

Yeah I guess but there were so many missed open shots in the 3rd but he did force it in the 4th.

I'm sorry this game is on Woodson. He is the biggest momentum killer... Why would you pull Tyler I love how the camera caught Tyler grabbing Woodson saying don't take me out what are you thinking.. And glad to see Felton didn't play in the fourth.. Our best team out there tonight was Tyler,amare,jr,thjr,Pablo ...Woodson would be wise to start Tyler,amare,melo,thjr,Pablo.
Everyone on that starting five can score.. I don't care what y'all think Tyler is our best center.

Too often the offense isn't getting started with the ball touching Prigs hands at least once. That's a fatal flaw. We have to stop forcing plays against set defense. We don't have a plan of attack that forces a defense to have to move and switch or rotate. Like on Melo's ISO's he gets the ball too far out on the floor and with everyone on the defense watching him. Melo holds it and then all other movement stops. No other Knick players have a pre planned cut to the basket or any picks to get someone else open as the defense collapses on Melo. There's just no complexity to help this flawed team get better shots. We don't have the kind of talent to just believe we can score on one on one plays with JR or Melo at the end of games. How many times do we have to fail in the 4th before we see a change of approach???

Melo has to do a better job creating opps for others. Early on he was passing to the cutter and he missed Tyson a couple of times once he drew the defender. Melo had to realize he doesn't have it going and make quicker decisions. As a leader he should have suggested that they go away from ISO and go high PnR.

Melo just have to step up. He has to play at a high level in every way for the team to have a chance to win. It is what it is though.

Like I said earlier the real difference was the 3 ball. Hardaway and Anthony were cold tonight. Unfortunately for Hardaway he is either cold or hot and rarely is lukewarm.

Disagree, Hardaway has been fairly consistent all season. 5/13 shooting is not really a cold night.

Needed to happen when chandler came back and ended the 5 game winning streak against teams that are good.
