are going to be really slow around here. I hope that our boys remain in town and work on developing that chemistry that was truly missing, specially Marb, Naser, TT, Sweet, and Vinny. If I were Lenny, I wouldn't go in vacation for the simple fact that he often looked like he was outcoached by the youngest coaches around. He needs to go back and watch videos along with the supportive coaches, maybe that will help highlight his errors.

one thing I read is Isiah plans to take Marbury to some playoff games. This is the kind of stuff Layden could never have done. Isiah is going to push Marbury to be better.

Yeah, that is amazing, and it's the right thing to do.

Isia will turn Marburry into a champion. He said it best, the guys that Marburry are being compared to right now have yet to win a ring. However, if Marburry is surrounded with the talents necessary, I.E. coaches, players, and a good administration, he should be able to win the big one. It is a blessing to have Isia as a GM.
That is why most players that were coached by Isia still want to play for him. Although he only associates himself with players with skills, such as Harrington, O'Neal, Artest, Bender, TMack, etc.

Just when I thought Marbury would end up as a curse to the franchise, you guys go and make a great point of IT taking him under his wing. I can only pray that he will be able to influence his game and/or basketball sense. At this point, I don't believe in Marbury. It's my opinion - not fact. I've been wrong before. But if it's for the good of my beloved Knickerbockers - than I'm all for keeping him. We all know what Isaiah was like on the court - that's why he is one of the athletes that we can refer to by first name only. I am a little cynical with the Marbury/IT relationship. It's important to not overlook that Steph's game and IT's game hardly resemble one another. I think the biggest difference has to be IT's killer instinct and clutch play. You can't teach this - you either have it or you don't. That's why I wonder - what can IT really give to Marbs? He's already one of the quickest PG's in the league - he has fantastic court vision, and I think he is unmatched at the one-spot when it comes to going to the hole. I would love to see Starbury be the answer to all our dreams, and one day we all get to be on the other end of the heartbreaks and the missed final shots. I was born in '74 - I've waited my whole life for that day to come. Why couldn't my parents bang a year earlier????
