![]() the Knicks Inferno was created the moment the franchise violated the creed of "best five play" by signing Chris Smith, and with the firing of Glen Grunwald, for no reason other than his displeasure with the franchise violation of the basketball creed. Totally agree. I don't think anyone expected Grunwald's firing. I think he brought a lot of stability to the organization and Woodson knew he had his back. Once he was gone Woodson was told who he could play, how many minutes he could play guys and who was going to be on his team. I thought Chris might make the team. His deal was set up so that if he was on an nba roster for one day his contract would be guaranteed. I thought he would get a couple of weeks and then Tyler would be brought up. I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18

CrushALot - the chaos of rationing Amare Stoudemire's minutes had upper management written all over it. No sane coach, attempting to establish continuity, would platoon an essential rotation player, especially in an area of need. Rebounding is one of the Knicks weakest areas. Why would a fragile Amare be deployed in such a way? It does not make basketball sense. You are either healthy enough to play, or you are not. once a knick always a knick
