IT and Lenny have to decide right now what type of basketball the Knicks are going to play, what type of identity they want as a team and go out to get players that fit in to that.

If they want a halfcourt, plodding, defensive team, I think Etan would be a good sign.

IMO, coaching is everything. You can have a very poorly talented team, but with good coaching, you can get a lot out of them (Utah). Coaching is something that happens throughout the game and even during days off. That is why Hubbie Brown is successful. He is always running his mouth, always barking instructions. Sometimes I think he even barks at himself. Now, I sure wish that Lenny could develop that same style. I am aware of his demeanor and all, but for the last three years his style has not worked. One must always reinvent himself.
