I'm so sad, man. I feel so deeply, and I'm crying as I type this.

get lots of exercise, eat a healthy diet (drop the heavy cream for greens), spend a lot of time in the sun, reach out and talk to people, and give back - go volunteer at a soup kitchen

do all those things and you'll feel better about everything

Speaking from experience, it doesn't help.
Change the meds maybe? Deal the meds? Nah.


For someone with such a concentration on developing one's "core", you sure have a bleak outlook on life, IWG.


I almost miss the other side of IWG-Sybil, walking barefoot through the grass, with the unmeasurable IQ and the skill set of the Holy Trinity...
