Be willing to give up one or 2 of there many many assets in order to dump Kendrick Perkins contract for a more productive player? Maybe Jr Smith and Felton(or Bargnani)for Perkins(& filler if Bargnani), rights to Dallas Mavericks draft pick 2014-2017 top 20 protected with no protection in 2018 or there 2014 draft pick & Perry Jones?

That's a pretty good idea. The Thunder have an established winner, which is the kind of environment that would best utilize JR. I think you're idea might have legs since they have a team that could win it all and may be unwilling to develop Jeremy Lamb (who I'm high on). He and some of the pieces that you mentioned, could get it done

For a fiscal team like OKC it has to bug them to have 18mil in dead weight like Perkins and they have enough assets to not even blink if they gave up one or 2. If we dangled Tyson I wonder what they would be willing to offer?

Don't believe anyone will be interested in JR unless he gets back to where he was last season. And as much as it would be great to have picks, who will do the picking? I don't know if giving up picks is in OKCs MO as much as it is in ours.

Tyson is a bit of an overkill for us. I think his value is such that we can get assets back without taking on liability. OKC more than needs Tyson but I don't think they'd have the assets to get him.
