Some people on this board and others seem to be under the impression that we have 2 second rounders in this draft. While I am on the pro side of the KVH/MD for TT/NM, lets remember that we included the Houston second rounder in that-- atlanta got it. We only have one second round pick, not two. Despite the fact that this draft is being considered one of the deepest ever in terms of big men, most of them will be euro softy busts and anyone picked number 45 or whenever our pick is will be a crapshoot, lets just hope he's not crap.

no we traded a 2005 pick to atlanta. i have no idea about the van gundy pick from houston, id have to guess ther is conditions on it but i would assume they would give it to us this year. no matter each year teams sell 2nd round picks for 100,00-200,00k a pick. we have atleast 1 maybe 2 thats enough. I like andre emmitt, hes the type of player you want to grab out of the 2nd round. i cant believe that 44 guys will be picked before him --but who knows with thes ed rafts. Emmitt has averaged _50% from the field scoring over 20 points and is a good rebounder and an outstanding athlete with a tremendously strong body. That would be a steal. the other guy i like--there are other seniors that I like but i just cant imagine them slipping luke jackson james lloreda--would be a lock 1st rounder if he didnt hurt his ankle--those are the types of players i like. But I would zero in with emmitt thats a guy who is being over looked and a guy who can steo right in and play next year. thats a high value pick for the 2nd round. Id be willing to wager he is a much better PRO prospect that demarr johnson if johnson doesnt put on weight. Emmitt is something like 6-4 235 ripped. He also has a +40 inch vertical leap
