How can you start praising your players for moral victories when you 3-8

Why are players holding player meetings, arguing during timeouts, taking silly ill advised shots,

why is our star player not trusting anyone of his teammates,

why the line up changes game after game with still no set rotation.

How could adding 4 players to a roster completely destroy what we build last yr..

How could woodson go from solid coach to bafoon in a matter of months..

How could a team that came into training camp with a major chip on there shoulder, play so flat and uninspired..

Why are we losing games at home in front of sell out crowds and die hard fans

Why is kmart and Amare lobbying for minutes on a team that has no big men

James Dolan: I have a lot of confidence in Woodson, and one thing I can say about Mike is he has the respect of all the players. They all respect him. And he treats them fairly and relatively equally, and that’s part of where the respect emanates from. And those are hard things to get from a coach. When a coach loses a team … that’s when a coach is kind of done.

I don't know why he was yelling at Kmart and Metta, but he was yelling at JR because he was casually bringing up the ball, looking only at the player he wanted to dish the ball to. Wasn't paying attention to anything else on the court. Pablo clapped his hands a couple of times to get him to give up the ball so he could get something going with more urgency.

To be fair, JR is improving, but this is a team problem I alluded to in the game thread. The team as a whole has been very sluggish on offense, not to mention D. Even in a half court set they need to play at a faster tempo. Too much standing around thinking about what to do next. This is before anyone has made up their mind to shoot the ball. Not about isolations.

yep, kidd was our early season MVP last year..

Kidd was the most integral part of the Knicks last year most valueable Knicks by far. Leardership and basketball knowledge unsurpassed by any other Knick player.

you would think after hearing felton talk about learning so much from kidd, and how he plans on being more of a leader vocally and by example. he actually looks just as lost as woody.

These vets that we have don't have leadership qualities and never will, you don't just wake up one morning and transform into a leader. just think, have you ever woke up one morning and say to yourself, "I'm going to change my personality", while you maybe able to change some negative ways that you have, but thats as far as it goes.

kidd is not even a vocal guy, he mostly leads by example and intellect, but with sheed being there as well, you got the best of both worlds
