Melo has been playing hard, but it hasn't produced wins.
Think Kenyon needs to start while Tyson is hurt and Artest should always be starting when healthy. If need be, let Shump come off the bench and start JR too. Think Prigs and Felton can alternate based on matchups, but I'd defer to Prigs most nights.

The key is to start fast, which this team cannot do right now. Kenyon and Artest bring the necessary intensity and one of the two can be the first to the bench to bring in Bargs during the 1st qtr to get acclimated to the game quickly.
For those who say Bargs and Amar'e would be awful combo, it is not as if each unit play all their minutes with one another. And even if they are on the floor together, it should be limited minutes against an opposing team's bench.
Playing Kenyon heavy minutes is what needs to happen because the geniuses running this team set up these sweet contingency plans. Maybe Chris Smith can be called back up to ice Kenyon's bunions if he starts to break down.
