He has no choice. As a knick, he's been more consistent than he has at any time in his career. If he punks out today, what little good he's done to his rep will be lost...
Let it be known: I believe in the Knicks this year-- deep into the playoffs, I swear to you my brothers...

TT has always dreamed of playing Oranage and Blue, now is time to step up and make good on dem words. Welcome to the MSG pressure cooker.

And if TT is a no show, no biggie, there will be other playoffs.

that's my sentiments as well. Only one NCAA finals, many NBA playoffs to look to for TT. Don't want to ruin a career because of a war of words.

TT has a 5 year 50 something mm dollar contract emeka okafor had no money no assurances for anything yet he risked it to play even though he couldnt bend over in a couple of games this year. emeka risked much much much more than TT he never opens his mouth to any opponenet and does or wouldnt say i love my money. I dont compare the character or warrior mentality betwwen the two because you cant. K mart in my mind is a warrior as well. TT is just a mediocre SF who runs his mouth where ever he goes. remember he was going to beat down big dog then he was going to choke ray allen--this year he said that at age 27 and now hes willing to go into a lokced room with Kmart. sorry but TT has a history of poor character and iMHO he is no warrior. he has talent but he doesnt have the mentality.

KMart's a warrior in the Eastern Conference. I love how he called out for KVH not showing up in the last finals game, then the next year goes 3 for 23 from the field while Duncan dominates him, putting up 21 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists, and 8 blocks.

KMart, in the West and without JKidd, is an average PF. He's a loudmouth.

Tim Thomas is a fool. He runs his mouth, is a career underachiever, and acts like he's in 8th grade.

Okafor's a beast, no doubt, but KMart is a hot dog who is nothing without Jason Kidd throwing him alley oops.

IMO, Okafor didn't risk jack. The Uconn invitational was nothing more but a validation process for EO being the front runner in the draft....period. Then again, EO's precarious condition lends one to believe we have a #1 draft pick that is acceptable in not completing 82 games.

remember he was going to beat down big dog then he was going to choke ray allen

Yeah right, and RA said something to the effect that he would slap TT the next time they met...That makes RA fugazy..right?

You know TT should use his skills in team ball, for him to go solo would be the suicide. Knicks are overmatched and should not be looking to any kind of revenge. Save the drama, make the summer worthwhile, and compete next year. Save the pride for a turning tide

Have to agree that Kenyon ain't all that without kid and if he were in the West. Do you really think he is any better than a Sean Marion of the Suns? He punked out in the finals last year when his team needed him most. And if TT is a loudmouth, who is a bigger loudmouth than Ken-yon "Balco poster boy" Martin.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.
