Felton isn't and has never been a traditional point guard. As a matter of fact, he is more of an undersized shooting guard that can sometimes get assists. If he is your main point guard, you aren't serious about winning.

Prigs isn't a starter. I like him for what he is, a savvy backup traditional but slow veteran point guard.

J.R. isn't a starter. In fact, on a team with volume shooters in Melo and Bargs, the least you need is another one, very streaky and undisciplined. Add to that the whole fiasco with his brother and you can understand fans wanting to take another break from what is shaping to be another disappointing season filled with controversy.

Melo isn't a #1 star to carry a team to a championship. He can be the #1 with a Derek Jeter-leadership-equivalent type pf #2, but then again, he would probably be #1 here. Melo is a star offensive player that can do more but not carry a team in a leading way. He can keep you in games, maybe win you some, but he won't get you gold elevating others around him. He needs to be one of the elevated by the leader.

Bargnani is an enigma, but here, he is a mistake. Why? Because he is being placed as the Robin to Melo's Batman and truth is not even Bargs knows the type of player he is anymore. You can count on a consistent from him: his inconsistency. He has actually been a pleasant surprise mostly, nut a guy that should be a bonus is being pushed as the second star, and that is a no-win scenario for all involved.

Amar'e is done. Its sad. I wish it was not true. But he isn't even bench material. Should just retire.

Beno is a disgrace. What a fall from grace. A solid signing is looking like an embarrassing one.

Tyson is missed. Tyson would help. But considering our many problems, we would probably be the same with him here record-wise.

Woodson is deservingly on the hot seat, big time. He still shows no clue on rotations and lineups. The defensive strategy is simply stupid. Shows to have no idea on offense. A bad losing streak, which this team seems primed for, will probably do him in. Especially with Dolan paying more atention than ever.

Ah, Dolan, the best for last. A clown that gets laughs only because he has the money to buy them. You hav edone so much harm to this franchise and seem intent to do even more on a more active role. Wish someone offered you enough for you to sell. Wish it was before you move Shumpert and any of the few remaining assets this team has.

Did you fans enjoy last season? Hope you did, because turmoil and dysfunction is just back to MSG. Howuch I didn't miss them...
