Smith played more minutes than anyone on the team last season in earning the NBA Sixth Man of the Year honor.

Bargnani, Anthony and JR Smith compose as dangerous a scoring triangle as any in the NBA.

Add Pablo (floor leadership) and Ron World Peace (rebounding) and just add water.

I was angry with him in the playoffs, but I've missed JR, which surprises me! I think he adds a bit of fun comaraderie to the team chemistry. Of course I reserve the right to edit this post when he starts chucking up bad shot anfter bad shot...

The problem is that we need more from melo than just scoring. Guys like lebron parker duncan and kobe were able to do the other things besides scoring

If he plays like he did against the bobcats then there can be no complaints about him. Hopefully he is that focused and determined at this point.

Lots of variables. His team seems to be outmatched today. He certainly is playing well and hard.

He definetly doesnt have much help i agree with that but against tougher teams this is where he needs to really shine. It might not be fair its just the way it is

JR did have a nice hand off dime to Bargs. Passing up an open look when nobody was within ten feet of him was nice to see. Not that one assist is worth keeping his brother, but hey, it's something.
