At risk of repeating a thread from a previous year...I hate the Heat...Apparently the Heat flew in Money Mayweather for a pep talk on how Champions stay on top...Bron, the front runner( Cowboy/Yankee/Bull(Jordan)) fan from Cleveland, said he was inspired...No doubt that cost them at least a cool mil plus jet fuel...Bron has been yapping saying he is even a better player than he was last year...Wade got into it with KD because KD said Harden deserved to be in the top ten instead of Wade...Wade said he will teach him a lesson once again...Man I want to beat these cats so bad it hurts...We are one gaping salary slot away from that still, I think...Even the "humble" Lin(Rocketman) is yapping about being better and winning rings...I can't wait to take down all these mofo's this year..Drop the rock and let's get it on!!!

Mayweather was at Bamboo in Miami Sunday celebrating his victory, along with YMCMB.

It was alot of fun, didnt know or care about the Heat part though.

We might actually get a chance at the Heat this year since we will likely finish 5 or 6th. Better matchup than Indiana Chicago and Brooklyn

Not from me. I thought the Nyets were very flawed last year and it turned out that they were. However every weakness they had was addressed in the offseason particularly leadership and toughness. They added both in one fell swoop. They also added a ton of depth. Deepest team in the league

Well I won't do anything to win..I won't sell my soul or root for another team from another state because they have a few rings...It's unfortunate that Amare has been injured the last few years bacuase I think we could compete with a healthy Amare and this roster...I'm not going to give up from the get go either...I want to see them compete and give it their all every night...FCUK the Heat and their success...

Even with that being the case, people overlook the fact that that team is every bit as iso-dominant as we are. I was watching their preseason game yesterday and even though they had solid ball movement at times, that was without one of their blackholes (Deron Williams) and far from consistent. When the age factor is added to the equation, I could easily see them being a bust. Did I also not mention Jason Kidd being a rookie coach?

I think the Knicks will be more competitive than the Nets and even Pacers. The Bulls still scare the **** out of me though. If they just had New York on their chest, they'd be my favorite team.

They can definitely be irksome at times. I kinda feel that the Mayweather talk was nothing more than show, which is exactly what irritates. They are the reigning two-time champions and they need to figure out how to win again, from a dude that has never even played the sport? They can come across like the Kim Kardashian's of the NBA at times.
