I think this could be important, esp. if we elect to keep a guy like Jeremy Tyler. Any ideas? I think we already have Larry Johnson signed on in some capacity -- is he enough or could we use someone else? I'd love to grab Hakeem Olajuwon full-time but my buddy told me yesterday that he works for the Rockets during the year (still trying to confirm that btw). If we couldn't get the Dream, who else out there makes sense? I'd love to bring in Ewing but did he have that kind of game really? Ewing was dominant but he didn't have a ton of post moves really, wasn't particularly nimble/elusive and he didn't possess great footwork. And I also question whether or not Pat's the best communicator and whether or not he'd be a good teacher (things that may be holding him back as far as landing a head coaching job)..The candidate would have to be a pretty big name with a good track record, a standout post game and footwork. Too bad McHale's a head coach...Is Kareem affiliated with the Lakers still? If Isiah really still is some kind of Dolan consultant, you think he could get us Aguirre back? After that, who? Brad Daugherty perhaps? James Edwards? Vin Baker? Help me out here guys -- coming up empty.

Do you have to be a former player or big to coach big men? I think one of the underrated big men coaches is Billy D and he was a former pg. I know that's college but I'm not sure you have to be a former all-star to coach. Also, all of the work they did last year is probably taped.

Also, Ewing is in Charlotte but Kareem is free.

Right, forgot Ewing is in Charlotte..

And you're right -- I guess you don't have to be a fellow big man but I think it would help having a guy of similar size, as someone the student remembers and wants to emulate, etc. But yeah, point taken -- it wouldn't have to be a big man. MJ was probably the best post up player I've ever seen and he was a G.

What exactly is LJ's role with this team? Is he a full-time employee or just a guy that comes in and helps out during summer league, training camp, pre-season?

Go hire Moses Malone he can teach Bargs how to rebound and influence Chandler to increase his totals.

Don't F with Herb. Even Dolan is afraid to fire him. The power behind the throne.

Herb is like "Stephen" in Django Unchained.

He's the real brains behind this operation!
