Man,where do we begin? No hard fouls the whole game. One hard pick on RJ by Kurt Thomas that wasn't even in the flow of the game. Nets keep dunking. And punking. Kenyon Martin mimics Mutombo's finger wave smiling and laughing after dunking on him and running back up the court. RJ, himself a softy, gives a hard foul on Steph, the hardest foul of the night. Knicks don't play defense at all until late in the third quarter and don't maintain it into the fourth. I understand we are not as good as the Nets. Especially with the injuries. But you have to play defense at least. Kurt Thomas woke up offensively but is atrocious on defense as is Penny, Shandon, Nazr and Stephon. It really is hard to root for some of these guys. I love the Knicks but not all of the players if that makes sense. Will be happy to see some more housecleaning in the offseason. And judging by Isiah's expression watching the game, the changes will be drastic.
