Not saying he's available but New Orleans is supposed to be offering Tyreke Evans a contract. If Sactown doesn't match then they might look to move him...

He makes the same amount as Tyson Chandler. They might be looking for leadership especially next to Senior Eyebrow. Tyson fits cuz Eyebrow seems to want to show he can play on the offensive end in the nba...they have an all star point guard now in Holiday. They would be good with Gordon, but if Sactown doesn't match they Gordon for Tyson would make tons of sense...Robin Lopez is rumored to be traded as well.

Vasquez is another guy on that team I like. No telling what the Pelicans are thinking, but they could look to trade him too since Holiday is there. Or they can still trade us Gordon for Tyson because they have Rivers on the roster as well that could back up a Holiday/Vasquez backcourt.

Interesting?

Would love Vasquez considering his contract is only 2m and is a triple double threat
It would cut out our FA plans of 2015 but if we intend to keep Melo, it is unlikely to do so anyway if he opts out next summer, demanding a major contract early
Would dangle the 2018 1st round pick for Vasquez

I have mixed feeling about Eric Gordon on draft night, never thought he would be as good as he was on the Clippers
At times, Brook Lopez and Gordon, looked like much better players we could have picked over Gallo along with Hibbert (had we traded down and got another PG like Lawson as well)
However, he was a complete different player last year while he never looked the same but is still quite young
Will he recover or not?

Maybe a 3 team trade?
With Atlanta over paying to keep Kyle Korver, I wonder if they would have interest in Tyson Chandler if they miss out on the FA C's this summer
I would be asking for mainly future picks *a few 1st and 2nd rounders*, cap room *trade exemption*, Mike Muscula, and serviceable players that would not go beyond 2015 summer if so
By doing so, we still could have the 5m MLE in play *part of which goes to Prig's who I don't think is worth using on*
Would love throwing the full 5m MLE on Jarret Jack while using the 2m BAE instead to keep Prigs *although I would rather have him walk and use it on another player*
Also would have the 2m BAE in play

I just gave up hope early this morning of Vasquez because Sac will work out a S&T with NO between Evans and Vasquez/Lopez which would save NO and little money and probably get a second round pick in the deal.

Also, Atl will wait to see where Dwight go and if he ends up going to Houston they will probably get Asik in a S&T involving Josh Smith.

If all this happens it puts Portland in a bind where they might reach high for Peko, Gortat, or Dalembert. Maybe they would reach for Chandler but if they can not involve a third team to get NY a center there is no reason to make a deal. I actually don't see a need to trade Chandler this year. Also, looking at Bargs defensive numbers guarding isolation and post ups him and Tyson might make a good pair.

I think once a player signs an offer sheet, they can't be traded, so I'm not sure the kings can trade him for Lopez and Vasquez.

EDIT: ha! Shows what I know- just read its a deal. Good for the Kings, and good for Evans- hopefully he can get back on track.

As for Gordon: NO NO NO! very very dodged knees and a lousy, lousy attitude and a max contract- a terrible combination. Hasn't played well in two seasons.

looks like it's a 3way with Portland getting lopez. Which is interesting because Hickson gives them the same thing.
