Could be possible because of Karl's exodus and their system

http://www.sportando.net/eng/usa/nba/58381/denver-could-trade-andre-miller.html

For the record this is exactly what I'm talking about when making trades to dump Felton's salary if 2015 is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important.

But wait we just gave up assets to the Raptors so what else we got left folks? This is why we should have been in no rush to trade for Bargs.

And Miller is better than Felton as a "Point Guard", and just as good a scorer if needed.

Miller is/was one of the most underrated guards I have ever known of. Dude was one of the best, went to a crap 76ers team and made them relevant. He is getting up there but a couple of years ago I rated him as the 4th best guard in the league behind Paul, Deron and Rondo. Not sure how much gas he has in the tank these days.
the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

I see your point... but I don't think I would have the heart to trade Felton twice after he voluntarily agreed to sign with us. Worst of all.. to the same damn team twice, after his initial stint there was anything but good.

That is the kind of move that I think would scare off future free agents... I don't think it would pay off to be that shrewd... If I was a free agent in the NBA and saw it happen I would steer clear of that team.

Not to mention Andre's already 37. I'd love to add him to the team, but not at the expense of the only PG we have under contract. Felton's contract is a steal, btw, even if you're not a fan.

Felton is worth his salary so him being on the 2015 cap is okay. Novak sucks

Miler's deal is for 2yrs? You're reply is as if we'd be giving up a point guard and not getting back a point guard.

Age is a concern. Miller played 26 mpg last season. I'm not 100% confident he could play the minutes we'd require of him as a starting PG. We would need to bring in some depth before we could even consider swapping out Felton.

Pablo played point as did Shump, what that's not enough? We also have T Jr. We're looking at point guards as we speak on the free agent market. There are plenty out there...

Beno
Tinsley
Watson
Telfair
Farmar
Lucas
Duhon
Guodelock
Bynum
Harris

etc etc etc

I don't understand the strong attachment to Felton really I don't. I never seen a player on a Knicks team where fans are so conditionally in and out of love over.

Aside from Camby the other guys were no risk and nothing was given up to get them. Thomas was a part of the Felton trade for salary.

My point is was their concern about their age and playing? I'm not referring to what it took to acquire them or showing interest.

I think just about EVERYONE had that concern but, hoped for the best. Don't you remember all the jokes going around about our all geriatric squad.

so he's overdue? Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I wouldn't be opposed to it but, then we might be forced to play "slow ball" at this point of his career.

I think Woodson would play him unintentionally way too much. He struggled to limit Kidd's minutes no matter how much he struggled.

Good thing he didn't do that to Felton huh and good thing Felton didn't miss any games last year and was healthy as an OX.

Would love to see Miller playing for the Knicks, was hoping we could get him a few seasons back.. Still plays at a high level and a better floor general than Felton. Would be great to have come playoff time.

he's not what we need, what are you guys nuts..god forbid felton is out for an extended period of time, do you really want to rely on a guy , who is not a 3 point threat, doesn't penetrate as much and will get destroyed by quicker guards like J kidd..

rather have aaron brooks

Are you suggesting Kidd was played too many minutes because Felton went down or that Felton had a shattered pinky because Woodson played him too many minutes? In regards to the first scenario, Prigs was available and in Woodson's defense Kidd signed the mmle for three years.
