Probably not but Drew is running things and is going after Jennings. They can deal Jennings without giving up Sanders so the deal doesn't make sense. Also, I wouldn't like him versus Hibbert but I guess Bargs could actually hold his own against Hibbert if his post defense is real(unlikely but...). Find a trade that nets us Asik.

We cant sign and trade and the Knicks are looking for vets.

I cant see us trading Chandler unless we get a center like Gortat back in return.

You mean they can deal Ellis without Sanders...Was wondering if Chandler's presence help them..They are lacking maturity..Ellis opted out..

I think other teams can sign their players and trade them to us, we just can't sign and trade our own players.

Last year was a big year for Sanders..He is on the verge of breaking out..Kid has the tools to improve..He needs to be on a team with a sense of urgency..

Backwards. We can sign and trade our free agents to other teams but other teams can't sign and trade their free agents here.

I understand but the Knicks are obviously not trying to develop guys. They want finished products.

I expect Shumpert and Chandler to be packaged eventually for more solid pieces.

He is developed enough to be a factor...He still has upside ..The fact that you have upside doesn't mean you aren't developed..They won't trade Shump..

Other way around. Ny will likely be over the Apron so they can not receive any S&Ts. The only way it could possibly work is if Ellis would be willing to take a pay cut for 8 million. That's unlikely. Also, I am not a fan of Ellis. I'd rather keep Chandler and pick up a Collison, Robinson, or Mo Williams(he might be too pricey).

I'm not a big Ellis fan either...I think Chandler is grossly overpaid for what he brings to the table..That salary slot is eating up a lot of space...Ellis would be good off the bench if JR bolts..
