Look how many teams need to fill out their roster. Many teams need 5-6 guys --the teams with cap space will dominate FA and it will be interesting what is left.

The new CBA is a joke. I hope the next CBA will reverse course on player movement restrictions.
David Stern has been horrible. I am hoping things get better once the tyrant is gone.

The fight for the Vet min. guys will be so intense... There will be a lot of signings early. Knicks must move fast to make a splash.
I would target Amnestied players first, then regular players, then international.

I would have no problem with this CBA if it had non fully guaranteed contracts. You get one Amare or one Bynum and a team is stuck for years.

The cba does and has had non fully guarenteed contracts. They just are not commonly signed.

If anyone's interested in the amount of cap room teams will actually have,
this is a good place to get a better idea:
http://www.shamsports.com/2013/06/the-amount-of-cap-room-teams-will.html

This is going to be a really interesting offseason with some factors coming into play:
New CBA, teams tanking for Wiggins, teams positioning themselves for Lebron's free agency

Once Howard and Paul are signed, it's going to be interesting to see what kind of offers
the remaining free agents are going to see. Really curious to see how much Indiana is going
to pay West to stay, how much will be gambled on Bynum, and what quality players are going
to settle for the minimum.

There market is saturated with free agents --- I don't see a fight for them. I see guys fighting to make teams or be out of the league. Getting solid veteran minimum guys is the last of my worries.
