![]() Like I said earlier it looks like he changed up his form slightly by not elevating as high as he did in college. It is something Hopla had Shump do over the summer.

![]() I have high expectations for him. A lot of people have said you cannot draft based on name. Well I have to believe he has at least a little of his father in him and that could help us. He seems like he will put in the work and his Dad has certainly talked him up - meaning he has confidence in him.
Curry is even better than has Dad and while I don't think Hardaway will do the same, I do expect that he will make the Knicks better. "If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just SUCK." Kenny Powers

Ewing Jr and the list goes on. However, those players were not drafted so its a little different. I get what you are saying and his combine numbers impressed me along with his new shooting form. There have been players that didn't put up great numbers in college who blossomed into shooters recently. |

![]() very slow mechanics on the catch and shoot. not sure how he is going to get his shot off when guarded by nba type players.

![]() Yeah very true about being slow and having slow mechanics ..He can't practice at that shooting pace...I always amazed how quickly players get their shots off during live action..Also guys hit their shots in practice..It's game time where it counts...He needs to saddle up to Shrump and do everything Shump does...

![]() tough crowd...lol...NO thats not a fake camera..he made all those shots. (i was once able to do that...lol)
its just a drill for shooting endurance and mechanics (anyone ever perform this drill - constant shoot for 5-10mins)...if u notice he wasnt jumping high either..the point is when the time comes to shoot his muscle memory will be insane... Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

![]() Sharpshooter. That was impressive. I think they cut out any misses, but you can see him hitting 3-6 shots in a row for any of the contiguous clips in that video. That's a big need, IMHO. If Tim Hardaway Jr can provide some semblance of creating his own shot WITH accuracy (e.g. Not JR), in my opinion, he's infinitely more valuable than either JR or Novak. It would be nice to get that from the guard slot. I like the pick from what I've seen.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

![]() Love the video. This kid looks like he can hit a wide open jumper. I know he can drive to the hoop. Can't wait to see him in Summer League.

![]() Impressive. I've warmed up to the pick a lot, like I always do every year after feeling disappointment like a little baby because they didn't take my guy. LOL.
I also probably misspoke by saying Hardaway's the 4th best wing behind Bullock, Crabbe and Rice Jr. I still like what those guys bring to the table but TH looks to be right there with those 3..No real big separation like I first thought. |

![]() i agree...TJ = Rice = Bullock (Crabbe less explosive to me). I wanted Rice but im ok with settling for TJ

He really could've went in the toilet after being kicked outta school but he immediately went to the DL, put on 15 lbs., worked his tail off and played great, showing vast amount of improvement in a very short period of time...Maybe the Knicks felt he still had character issues, who knows? |

![]() This guy has the physical tools and the pedigree. Seems to have the maturity level and mental makeup from his time in Michigan as well.
Can't wait for summer league to see him in a live action setting. |

![]() Watching practice shooting does nothing for me. Half those jump shots would be thrown right back into his face because of no elevation.

![]() If he can shoot like that in games he can be what we want from Novak. A person who can hit an open shot and drive to the hoop to keep the D guessing. Thinking about Novak has me not minding the slow release. Novak added a new quick release this year. The problem is that the new quick release was a lot less accurate than his slow one. What is the use of speeding up your release when it causes you to miss more.

Lots of guys can do that if there's no one else on the court. Yi Jianlian was a lottery pick based on his workouts playing against a chair. This isn't any different. Now the joy of my world is in Zion
How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before
Now let me pray to keep you from
The perils that will surely come

![]() lots of guys (including myself...boy was i a great shooter!) can shoot like this. but its still impressive to see his shooting form and practice. No this doesnt mean he'll be a great player or even a greater shooter. I just thought it was kind of cool (and for me somewhat nostalgic)

I just thought it was kind of cool (and for me somewhat nostalgic) I just remembered that I dropped 19-20 high school three pointers hitting 15 in a row before missing. I couldn't even make the JV team because I sucked at everything else. |
