i aint the greatest ever at this game, but i am almost all-star mode, so thats why i put all star difficluty for the nets, so it could be even. anyway, here's game 2...
Well I decided to do a playoff mode in my NBA Live 2004 for PS2. And I set everything up like the playoff tree is suppose to. And of course I'm the Knicks. Well this is not that different from real thing just that I have 6 minutes per quarter instead of 12 minutes per quarter. I also have the dificulty on All-star. And I just played the second game in the Nets vs Knicks match up, and the score is....
Knicks: 58
Nets: 64
Point Guard Match-up: Stephon Marbury for Knicks had 12 points with 3 assits and Jason Kidd had 20 points with 7 assists.
Game Summary: This game was also close, until the end of the 4th. Again, the Nets came out to an early lead and lead 18-10 at the end of the first. Then at the half, the Nets still led 28-24. Then basically it was close for the rest of the game until the fourth where the Nets started pulling away. They had a big as 10-point lead in the half and won by 6. The nets shut down the Knicks offense most when it mattered, in then fourth quarter. The knicks also struggled for behind the ark. The series is now tied 1-1.
Extra Info: I did not use Allan Houston at all this game and have decided not to at least for this round because in real life it is most likely he wont play the first round at least, because i want to be more realistic and accurate.
P.S. Please, no one get mad and reply rude comments to any of my posts for this thread, because remember, its a game. The real thing can be different. But based on the game, these are the results. I am playing with the Knicks and the Nets difficulty is on All-star. And if you want more info about the game, just ask me, and I'll tell you what you want to know, and that's basically anything about the game.
