I took Olapido at #2 in the mock draft so probably him. Noels knees scare me off. Porter would probably be next then Len.

I would take Oladipo, but be very unhappy that hes as good as i can get at number 1. He's a good ball player but not sure if he will become any better than an Andre Igoudala type. Still a great player to have, and longterm starting SG, just not worthy for number 1. Meanwhile, if Orlando really did pull off getting Bledsoe and Butler for Afflalo, they just got a steal and a backcourt of Bledsoe and Oladipo will be great for their future.

I would take Ben McLemore or Otto Porter or Viktor Oladipo if I were the Cavs... I think Trey Burke will be the best player in the draftand if I were any other team I would take him. I think taking a big at the top of this draft will be remembered as a huge mistake, especially due to their injury concerns

Agree on Burke. My buddy asked me the same thing a couple of days ago and I said Burke and that I wasn't even 100% on that pick. Probably the best PG in this draft and that says something because there are quiet a few talented PGs throughout the predicted top 60...I just don't care for a lot of these guys in the 1-10 range...I shouldn't say that I guess -- they're good enough players just not top 10 lottery picks in your typical top heavy draft. My buddy said Cody Zeller #1 and I just don't see that. Same thing -- solid fundamental big man that will contribute at the NBA level but does he feel like your typical #1 overall pick -- a Tim Duncan, Pat Ewing, etc.? Not even close..

Zeller is very athletic and good. Hes bound to be a very solid pick.

Revised my thoughts a little. See above.

Oladipo something about his game reminds me of Jordan not saying he is but there is a can't miss quality about his game.

They were talking about Oladipo on ESPN radio, saying he could be the next Dwyane Wade. Thoughts on this? Is this just hype or a realistic comparison?
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Wade realistic for sure. Like I said I see a lot of Jordan and I saw a lot of Jordan in Wade when he first came out.

I don't think he goes 1 but Zeller seems to be moving up as the draft gets closer.

I don't think they play anything alike - however - both were somewhat under the radar but played their best at the right time.

Yeah, I think this is somewhat of a reach...From what I've seen, Wade was a more advanced offensive player than Oladipo at the same point. Speaking of playing their best at the right time, Oladipo was invisible in his last collegiate game against the 'Cuse. The zone really shut him down...

Wade realistic for sure. Like I said I see a lot of Jordan and I saw a lot of Jordan in Wade when he first came out.

I disagree Wade was a much better college player. Athletically similar but Wade was far superior offensively. Wades ball handling and ability to create for himself and others was at a different level

People say 2011 draft will be the worst ever but it turned out to be pretty good. Same with this draft. 2012 was suppose to be a great draft, that draft stinks. This years draft will be great and have alot of solid roll players

If Im Cavs, I go with Potter.

Anyone who said 2011 would be the worst draft ever has no idea what they were talking about. It's almost literally impossible for any draft to be worse than the one in 2000.

As for the question at hand, I really have no idea. Noel is pretty much considered the best prospect but he's got a ton of injury concerns and I'm not really sure how good he'll be. I think I would end up flipping a coin between Porter and Oladipo.

Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

They say this almost every yr and like the saying goes..."A Broke Clock Is Right At Least Once A Day"...usually the ones saying this are fans of teams who don't have highly valued pick(s) or no pick(s) at all.

Who would u take number 1?
