hey folks...im trying to explain the salary cap rules and the knicks current cap situation to my friends...many of them think we can get CP3, al jefferson, monte ellis or ty evans (and i laugh at them). Im going to try and explain the rules to them in two ways: 1) by clearly and simply stating the rules with numbers and 2) giving a foodshopping example LOL. Lastly ill make a list of free agents that i think are affordable.

if you have any facts about the salary cap, luxary tax, apron tax...please let me know. Im still learning myself but i think i have the hang of it

im specifically calling on RonRon, BRIGGS and any of our resident capologists here

THANKS

ned

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Here is a link to the actual cba.

Also, Martin and Andrew have lengths to Larry Coon's site under other stuff. There are also links to draftexpress, draftnet and their own sports info site, Slicksports which has a ton of information on all sports. The Other Stuff tab is definitely worth viewing. Also, Coon does a ton of chats and often answers Knick fans questions on twitter.
