It is unlikely to find but we do need to find ways to improve our flawed players
Let's see who WANTS and is WILLING to DEDICATE themselves in improving
We can even make it fun by sending them all to the Hamptons or something, where they can relax and enjoy their summer, build continuity/chemistry both on and off the court
Our season is over for the players but they can always find ways to improve and we should be able to maximize their potential BOTH individually and as a team
We need to make the most out of the summer and help improve the condition/skill set/abilities of the players on our roster, especially for the ones that WANT to do it like

I would put EVERYONE in some serious KICKBOXING/MMA training in voluntary work outs, all payed for to prepare the durability/help/stamina training and staying in TOP shape with upper body cardio, with emphasis on coordination, strength training with endurance, and working on the core/legs training
1- It would made sense to add nutritionist, some sport science trainers, coaching staff, and team doctors to ALL WORK TOGETHER since EVERY player's body is different and requires different needs to play and defend their position
2- I think we need to focus in exercises like strengthening core with serious stretching to prevent further injury and prevent it as much possible in a 82 game season
3- The players might not be getting any younger however, we must find a way to add speed/quickness, coordination/footwork, strength with control, and balance to take contract
It would surely make sense to also add a GOOD HUSTLE player to the staff, that has the abilities to mentor/teach

that understands the hard work/dedication off the court
mentor/teach importance of boxing out/fighting for position

Vice Versa (especially for the weaker defenders and/or when they defend a talent much greater than their abilities) how to put your team mates in position to be able to help you while defending with the best of your abilities 1v1, and how to help each other recover when help is given/received
