NBA rules dictate that a player must mass a series of tests before they can return form a concussion. The tests aren't simple either. So far the fastest a player has come back has been 5 days. That means its pretty likely Hill won't play game 6 and game 7 is definitely borderline.

This is a huge blow for the Pacers. Knicks have to take advantage.

It is a huge blow. I do think David West's dislocating Melo's shoulder at the end of the regular season has impacted the Knicks post season success.

At least Tyson Chandler finally did something right!

More dirty screens please.

Hey man--we got ripped when we lost all of those guys back against Miami when everyone ws suspended up 3-1 I could care less--survive adn advance. We dont really haev Amare and we lost Kidd Wallace KT Camby--whoever is on the court-it counts.

I was confident after game 2 and I made that post and it shot back in my face. I just want to see the Knicks play hard 1 game at a time.

I must have missed that. I thought the shoulder injury was from getting tangled up with KG.

I think KG reinjured it. Melo got hurt in the last regular season game he played by West.

Exactly. NO ONE felt sorry for us being injured and hobbling into the playoffs the last 2years, missing KEY pieces.

This is great news because his height was giving Felton trouble.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

their coach said Hill said after colliding with Chandler, he felt off. Later began to feel dizzy and nauseous. Then they gave him the concussion test which he failed.

I won't wish harm on an opposing player, but I am not going to grieve for Indy's loss. Definitely a huge break for us, especially if we want to send double teams to the paint. Indy losing a good shooter is definitely going to put more stress on Hibbert and West. Shump, stay glued to George.

(And ok, I lied. I will wish harm on an opposing player, but I 99.99% of the time don't actually mean it...go back to that goddamn wheelchair Pierce!)

The crazy thing is that Hill got up rather quickly after the hit and played the rest of the game and had a great performance. Proves you just never know when it comes to hits to the head.

I am not proud of the fact that I used to wish that Jordan would get injured.

About time we caught a break, though knowing our luck he'll be miraculously healed by the next game! Can't be that big of a concussion if no one really noticed him hitting his head at the time.

JR been playing like his elbow gave himself a concussion!

Its part of the game and why you have to close out teams when ever you can. Not saying Indy blew it in game 2 by any means.

Just a good example of how things can turn.

One game at a time..........I'll assume he is out one game then back monday if necessary!

Injury's can be funny. Its the NBA and guys can step up!

Take nothing for granted!
