This team can and should win if they can match or exceed these numbers on Saturday. It's not outside the bounds of reality to believe this team can get that kind of production. They need to do pretty much exactly what they did in game 5, which is play THEIR GAME. As long as Woody plays the guys who are productive and limit the minutes of the guys who aren't, then this team should beat the Pacers in Indy. He should play a very similar line up and rotation in game 6 that he did in game 5. Limiting Kidd and STAT's minutes in favor of more minutes for Prigs and Cope. I'd like to see him add Novak to mix too. It gives the Pacers something different to deal with defensively. We need as much shooting as we can get in this next game.

I think this team is due to break out with a HOT shooting night and hopefully that comes on Saturday. No way to guarantee that, but this team has been a good offensive team all year and tho they've stunk in Indy, that can't last forever. Sooner or later the Knicks are gonna have a good shooting game in Indy. It's just the law of averages that this team will have a better performance in Indy for a change. Also I think the fact that the game is coming after only 1 day off is a big plus for the Knicks. This team almost NEVER plays well when they're off for more than 1 day.

Also Woody did make some changes in how he defended the Pacers and since they didn't needlessly double it made things much harder for the Pacers to get good shots. There are good doubles and bad ones and the Knicks did trap and double at the appropriate times.

George Hill being out helped us too. It wasn't the only thing but the Pacers have been dominating us and we finally caught a break.

I heard that about George Hill on Mike and Mike and I kind of agree. But the Pacers are a dominant home team and a crappy road team. I wouldn't read too much into last night's win.

I think that for the Knicks to win in Indy how they played last night was a good sign. Indy is tough at home, but I don't think they can beat the Knicks without any offense. The Pacers will struggle to score if Hill doesn't play and those rather reasonable shooting numbers from the Knicks will likely be enough to beat the Pacers even at home. The Pacers are due for a loss at home IMO. We don't know how the Pacers will react to a game that has a bit of pressure to it. I think they know that can't lose and come back to NY.
