The 77' team with Bill Walton (back when walton was at his cool stage) was a thing of beauty to watch. Walton's passing from the high post was very effective. Foot injuries and weed cut his career down but in his prime he was top 5 of all time at the position.

Dr Jack has had a nice long run! I hope he can come thru it.

Weed? Whatchu talkin about? Just ask Kareem Abdul Jabbar how weed affects ones longevity on the court.

Kareem was a genetic freak! He was never a knick killer so I always loved watching him play and was a fan! He was awesome!

Walton had bad foot problems which plagued him when he became a broadcaster as he kept sticking them in his mouth!

Single most annoying guy on TV in that era!

He could ball though!

Weird career...Dude is considered an all time great yet only scored 6k points..Ask anyone(Mike Francessa) they would tell u he was better Ewing(24k pts)..Had only two good seasons in Portland..Bench duties in Boston..Injuries cut down what could have been a great career..

Kareem and Walton were before my time. What were their careers like?

By looking at the stats, Kareem seems SO underated. Amongst my friends we never talk about him as one of the greatest but he accomplished alot

Walton seems OVERATED. I guess his great college career hyped up his pro career

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Dr. Jack was an amazing announcer. I recently heard him on the radio and he was making a lot of mistakes in the pregame, calling guys the wrong names etc. He has kept himself in phenomenal shape and I love listening to him. I hope he is ok.

Kareem wasn't underrated...They banned dunking in college because of Kareem..Kareem is never mentioned with Magic, MJ and Bird but should be...Best center ever by far..If u started a team today with all in their primes, if u saw Kareem, u would think about taking him over MJ...Underrated passers as well...Awesome defender ...The baseline skyhook was automatic...Definitely a top five player of all time...

Kareem was past his prime when he played with Magic....Much like TDuncan now ...
