I think we will take it to them in this series. If Nets beat us I think it will be in 6 or 7. However, my prediction is Knicks in 7. BTW my prediction is based on Houston coming back to play for most of the series. If he doesn't play in the series, I say Nets in 6.

One must admire the nets, they have a good core of players but excellent role players whom do the job.

I wish the knicks to win, but they do down in 6, but perhaps 5.

i think it will go 6 games and the Nets will win. of course i think we have a shot at stealing it though. i wish alan is healthy and kmart and kid are not though.

Who knows, the team still has no identity or even a certain level of play that they can sustain with any regularity. Anything could happen. They can suck and fall apart or they can wow the NBA and blowup. Pointless to predict. We don't even know the 8-9 man rotaition yet. We don't even know if the leading scorer is gonna play. We don't even know the starting 5. How can anything be predicted?
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

I would love for us to win the rest of our games and Miami lose the rest of their games and get the 5th seed but I'm so afraid of coming up short and winding up 6th. It would be so perfect...beat New Orleans in the first round then beat New Jersey is the 2nd round. Then whatever happens from there on is icing!

I couldn't agree more!!!!!!!!!

We can beat the nets. Its just that at this point they play like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows what they should be doing and that is why they beat us even without J. Kidd and K. Mart.

Our players don't have clearly defined roles, or a good offensive strategy. And our defense was even worse. As of late or defense has really been improving. That is the key to our whole success in the playoffs is defense and rebounds. We don't have great scorers but if we play defense well and rebound on both sides well, we can beat the nets.

With a healthy H20, I would take that further and say we could beat anyone in the league. Allan Houston, who is our best scorer, would change the whole way other teams approach us defensively.

It would open up the floor for stephon, or TT to do their thing. It would make us such a better team, even if he only avg 16ppg, because his presence would enable the other guys to score more points easier.

Knicks in 6!!!!!!!!!!! Hey it rhymes
