Philosophy -

1) RUN

2) Look to get fouls and shoot FT's

3) SPREAD OUT and PENETRATE and MOVE OFF THE BALL WITH PICKS on, cuts to the basket, PnR, only WIDE OPEN uncontested 3pter's and off the ball

4) SHARE THE BALL to the open man/find the mismatch each team, and generally play off/initiate off 3 players depending on mismatch, while other 2 players play the complimentary role

5) DEFENSE - if needed, everyone can switch outside of Noah *he can still switch but must call it out if he does*, just communicate, for the most part try to play 1v1 DEF/unless there is a weak link on the floor for the opponenets which my roster has great speed to recover with

My team analysis

I think this team is SICK, all players have skill sets that allow each other to play off of each other's abilities

Weakest part of roster: Guard DEFENSE but all have good size/versatility/speed and Noah is a great defender whether team or 1v1 with the forwards with great size/length/athleticism/speed to switch if needed to for one another

from the 1-4 all have the ability to handle the ball, hit the 3pointer, and penetrate/faciltate to attack opponents DEF
Always have at least 2 good ball handlers to avoid TO's, traps, and penetration/speed/quickness
Negates PF's that are great in posting up by making them defend a F that is skilled and can go outside in
Will make the opponents PF's chase the mismatch and work them, not just stand around the 3pointer for a spread offense like Knick's

Don't have a real PF, but Batumm/Parson's/Will Chandler all can defend multiple position with G skills/good IQ/all round skills with great size for a SF, and hard for PF's to defend
They all have decent enough post game to fight for position and play the creator role

with Noah *most athletic 7 footer/quick/great length/smart hustle player with all round skills* under rated passer, ball handler, some post up abilities, penetrate well off the dribble
