Perfect fit next year at 2G. He is leading the NBA in 3 pt shooting and is coming into his prime--getting better all the time.

I agree but he won't fit in with what we have as well as he is doing in Washington
He should be looking at the FULL MLE or around 4-6m
We need 2 ball handlers if 1, he must be a VERY GOOD PG

Felton is far from Wall

Its a shame cuz i really wanted him for this yr...for cheap
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

He's playing for a new deal and if we were to sign him it's gonna cost us, especially if we re-sign Smith and the cap hit on the 13th pick. We need to make a trade during the draft to dump some salary.

Another under the radar player would be Will Bynum who is a UFA
I think he is worth about 2-2.5m but that is what I thought Nate would get at least last summer too
Not sure if the vet min would be enough but with this new CBA you just never know

Aside from letting Lin walk for nothing....
Signing Kidd was a huge mistake, either Delfino, or even Bayless (didn't sign for much more) would have been better for the team

the money spent on Camby and Novak and the picks were not worth it, as vet minimum players can give similar production...

Will Bynum, Udrih, and James Johnson could be looking at vet min deals in which I would have interest in, especially James Johnson because of his length

Im assuming the knicks will resign JR because we have his bird rights...what does that mean in terms of salary cap space

I post on and off, Lin knew how to make other's around him better, that was what made the run special
A underdog that accomplished what a "STAR" was unable to do with less talent around him

Honestly, Houston vs Knick's was the only game i actually wanted another team to beat Knicks
partly to prove myself right about Lin vs Felton and partly to shut up all the bashers here on Lin and how Harden is not a max player that I wanted to pair with Lin since last season...

I cannot see why the Knicks would not resign JR, he is very talented for his that price range and we have no ability to acquire players of his skills
We need a Wilson Chandler and a Jarreat Jack/Bayless type player to the roster
JR, with Melo, need's to be around more talent, and a new philosophy with coaching on DEF and OFF

You should post more often. There are others who like reading what you have to say. Letting Lin go was on the same level as signing Eddy Curry and not using the amnesty on Amare. We will always have to contend ourselves with what if..Oddly enough people who were bashing Lin last year as a below average PG (while he was aon a rookie contract) and demanding to know why he couldn't guard Rose and Rondo are now asking why everyone is asking "too much" from Felton. Sad.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Webster stays injured. I'd pass. The guy can stay healthy in a contract year though.

i think signing delonte west solves our problems...hes a combo guard who can play PG or 2G and hes a good defender

Keyword defender. He would easily be out best option at defending the pg. Our biggest weakness defensively

I would love to sign him. But, really, can you imagine him and JR on the same team??? Well, we need things to get interesting
