The Garden is being renovated! Why?

Knicks got a Mooby starphucher gate attraction! Why?

Knicks are in 1st place! Why?

Nets! Competition is a good thing!

Maybe the best thing to do is hope Nets win a championship because when the bar gets that high its real.

Until then the bar is "be more successful than the Nets"! Dolan got Melo from the clutches of the Nets. MSG has real competitino in the Barkleys center. Rangers will have Islanders in Brooklyn soon.

Msg has competition where there was little. Devils and Nets were not threats. Nobody east of East rutherford goes to Devils/Net games in Jersey.

Nets win Dolan will HAVE to take some risks in terms of thinking longer term.

Competition is good. When the Nets sucked, what was dolans incentive? He was printing money.

Seriously, the sky hasn't fallen and last I checked the Knicks are still better than the Nets. Sure competition is a good thing but why on earth would you hope they win before us? Stop this madness.

In your heart of hearts, do you really think Dolan reacts like any other test tube subject owner? He's more likely to turn up the heat if the Nets become the new Charlotte. Pray they make the lottery and give their draft picks away for hotter dancers!

at the same time seemingly abandoning all efforts to cultivate talent except for Shump (despite attempt for Nash).

I want this team to win a championship in my lifetime!!!! If the only way to do this is for Dolan to chase the Nets then so be it!

Its a conversation, not subliminal Nyet propoganda trance technique.

We lost Amare who if healthy gave us a higher ceiling. Mooby's leg is bothersome, and the future is not on the bench!

Nets are not winning this year, but I don't think we are either anytime soon.

So how are they going to push the knicks? They have their own problems to worry about. 6th or 7th seed team that will get blown off the court by miami chicago and indiana

Yea, I said this a while ago, best thing that can happen to the Knicks, in the long view, is the Nets winning a championship, or at least making serious noise in the playoffs.

Dolan just might be forced to care about the product on the hardwoods for once, not just the product on the billboards.

That and hopefully a JVG style training camp before the playoffs in Charleston or some isolated place.

Nets are doing horrible and looks like they're gonna have a revolting season ending imo. We're not doing so well either although we are division leader. Anything less than a championship is a moo point. We look better than the Nets this year, but we're so screwed next 2 years while Nets will be able to bring additions to their team. We'll see. Their owner IQ is 100 higher than ours, and that's their edge.
