Big game tonight with or without Melo. It took 54 points from Curry at MSG to almost beat the Knicks, but they had no David Lee. I know he's hurt again and missed their last game. Not sure about his status for tonight.

Golden State is pretty decent, but one of those teams we should be able to beat even without Melo. We need to bring the same intensity we had against Utah. With Denver and LAC looming on this trip we need all the other games. Let's start the trip off right with a good effort tonight.

Denver will have a lot of emotion in it- most of our team are former Nuggets who had issues with their coach, and most of their roster are former Knicks who were miffed at getting traded- it's hard to predict how those games are going to go. Plus we have a similar record to them- but for some reason on these boards our record is considered some sort of trick, and the Nuggets record as proof that they are gods.

David Lee will be magically healed like every other injured player is when the Knicks come to town.

Don't know what's happened to the warriors the past few weeks, it seems like they've lost every game.

However, I expect they'll play better against us as Steph Curry and David Lee will be ultra motivated. We're really going to miss Melo this game (he helped cancel out Curry's scoring onslaught), and Amar'e. I think I saw Bogut was back in the lineup too. So basically, since the last game, the Warriors are:

+Lee
+Bogut

and we're:

-Melo
-Amar'e.

Not going to be easy. All comes down to defense and passing the ball- hope we start this road trip off on a good note.

I really like what Felton was doing in the paint the last game, and he's been good in crunch time over the last few games as well. He's going to have to bring his A game on this trip with the guards he'll be facing. Important to win the battle of the boards. Glad Kurt/Camby/Kmart are all available.

Phew indeed- was starting to worry he had the same meniscus tear as Lin last year. I hope he goes back to playing the way he did at the start of the season though- more defense and more sharing the ball.

I'd love it if this site could integrate some sort of fantasy basketball feature, so posters could settle their disputes using it- could lead to some epic battles and improve board morale!

That means that they are 26-5 when they move the ball effectively. The only way Novak gets shots off is if he has any time to shoot whatsoever (besides those 2 miracle shots he hit against Utah).

Funny thing is, listening to the radio today most of the fans didn't want him to play..I think most fans are sick of seeing ISO melo
