The one team Id like to avoid in round 1 is Chicago. Boston Atlanta and Brooklyn will be NO cakewalk but Chicago is out worst match up. I feel if everything is right--we can beat the other teams in a 7 game series.

Celtics would be a tough opening round match up and a particularly annoying one to lose. There's a chance we get the Pacers too if we slipped. Heck, I wouldn't even want to face the Bucks- the playoffs ain't going to be easy for us this year.

Give me bucks hawks nyets. In other words finish with a top 3 seed and avoid Miami til the ECF. I agree boston insy chicao will be a long series but we can win

Had Woodson started Amare we would've beat Indiana who cant score. Woodsons starting lineup was pathetic that night. We could make a shot to atart the game before it got out of hand

I agree. Hopefully Boston either climbs all the way to #4 or slips to 8. They're playing well though so I think they settle in somewhere between 4-6. Best case scenario is getting Brooklyn or ATL in round 1.

Hopefully Chicago and Boston meet in the first round, we most likely meet Indy in round 2 and then hopefully get whoever is left (Miami obvi) in ECF.

Yeah as long as we can stay top 3 and avoid 2nd round Miami it's all good. I feel like stars win in the playoffs and thats why we can beat a team like Indiana in the 2nd round. I just feel like teams without stars can only go so far, although Paul George is quickly becoming one. I think it's also a reason you can't count out a team like Boston making a push.

Boston plays 100% every play and they have the most experience in the East, so even without Rondo they're a threat to pick someone off.

How long is Melo out and what does that mean to our staying the third seed? Do we slip further down, I think we lose 3of our next 5 to OKC, Warriors and Nuggets
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Indiana is the third seed Knicks have the second. Woodson said Melo is day to day.

Chicago is definitely a must avoid first round matchup. Especially if Rose comes back.. That'd be like playing a 1 seed. Boston doesn't scare me anymore since we won that game in January. The hex is gone

Avoid Chicago for matchup reasons and Boston for mental reasons.

I really think Chicago would sweep us, Boston will take us in 6 games and I think we would ball Indy up up to 7 games, then lose that one too, Miami is also a sweep,

I think we can beat any other team in a series

If the end of season standings end up as the current standings I woul be thrilled. IND V BOS, CHI V BK, NYK V ATL. We need that 2 seed. If Bos climbs to 4 or 5 I'm ok with the 3 seed.
