Amare should consider taking a few more 15 foot jump shots which use to be automatic. That would mix up his game along with his Hakeem post up moves. Also Tyson Chandler has a decent 10-15 foot shot himself, unfortunately he only feels comfortable shooting it when Melo is out and everybody else has to step up.

What do you guys think ?

I don't think more mid-range jump shots is a good idea.

He's not as consistent with it nowadays. But it has looked better and better since his return.

The fact that Amar'e used to be a great shooter and now he's not so good at that is baffling. You'd think that as he gets older and more prone to injury, he would work on this more. Not that I am complaining about his progress in the post but he would be that much better with a midrange shot. Kind of weird.
