A definite starting lineup and rotation. Part of it is on coaching, part blamed by injuries, part just by personnel, but outside of the first month when injuries forced us into a very successful starting lineup and rotation, this team has been all over the place. We are a deep team that is now struggling to find a true identity with most of the roster back in place. In the summer, this team needs to be structured with definite roles in place for each player. Is Melo a 3 or a 4? Is the backcourt of Felton and Shumpert going to be the longterm solution? What is Kidd's role, etc. We are a good team, yet we have guys going from starting lineup to DNPs, and just craziness. Our starters need to be playing starters minutes, no more starting Camby, Kidd, White, Copeland, but only playing them 10 mpg. I understand the rotation will shift based on injuries but we need starters who play starter minutes and a real rotation of 4 players off the bench. If Camby and Kidd play 10-15 mpg, great, bring them off the bench to round out the rotation. But there just isn't that consistency, and it must be established for next season.

I thought you were going to say a fountain of youth! That would help much more than changing the lineup.

Woodson needs to play guys at their natural position. and when melo does play the 4 its need to be against guys that are not physical
Melo can score with the best of them, but you risk injuring him or getting him in foul trouble when you have him guarding guys like

Shump when 100% is a great defender, but when you have him guarding small forwards, it becomes an easy mismatch for the opposing team

Melo at the 4 is ok if you have a big, physical 3. Maybe that should be a priority this summer. I have felt that way all season.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Lets roll with this for a while.

Everyone wanted the starphuch and lets see if it works before we internetinly blow it up to satisfy our anger towards underachievement.

I watched the Second half of the game last nite.and was amazed by the box score that Felton played better than he looked. I don't remember him hitting a shot in the second half. I guess we need to Amnesty him. we Need to Amnesty him and Amare.

I know you can't but we could right? If they try to tax Knicks we just send that albino looking creepy Gary Bussy fella that sits behind the bench to make sure nobody puts a shank in Mooby's ass to "discuss the matter" with Stearn and maybe give him a nice retirement gift.

Phuch the collectve bargaining agreement and the Anti trust exemption, we da knicks with Lawyers and what, they gonna kick us out the league?
